Market price for a public IPv4 addr now at $11.25.

(One of several places where the story is breaking.) Obviously Microsoft is betting that price will climb.

Divide $11.25 by 4 billion. Divide that result by 4 billion. Then one more time. The price of an IPv6 addr is really really low today.
